Confusion and disorder rule the postwar world. This is inevitable because they already rule the minds and hearts of men. Human thought projects itself upon its environment. The mental confusion of our times prevails in every department of the inner life. The need for spiritual principles, clear thinking, and consistent analysis, if much more desirable here, becomes much less attainable.
