Robert Larson (1930 – present) started out life in Chicago, born of Swedish parents.  When he was two years old the family returned to Sweden.  In 1964, Robert was back in the US again, now as a Vice President for Volvo Inc.  In 1967, Robert and his family—wife Birgitta and sons Joakim and Gustav and Martin on the way—returned to Sweden permanently.  There he first served as Marketing Director of Bonniers, the largest book publisher in Sweden, and in 1971, started Larsons Förlag, and began publishing PB’s early books and other spiritual literature. After PB’s death in 1981, Robert played a significant role in founding the PBPF and offered to support the publication of PB’s posthumous The Notebooks of Paul Brunton. To accomplish this major project, he worked with Paul Cash to birth the subsidiary publishing company Larson Publications (larsonpublications.com). Over the years, both publishers have played a crucial part in the preservation and dissemination of Paul Brunton’s literary legacy.
